We're proud to announce that the BelleCON Dealer's Room is officially open for business.  If you're a vendor interested in taking part, make sure you log into MyConsOnline.com to find out how to register.  When we designed the BelleCON Dealer's Room, our goals were to provide a better shopping experience for our attendees, and a more productive outing for our vendors.  Be sure to read the Vendor's Packet carefully, because we have some important information in there about...

"The BelleCON Special"
One requirement of every dealer at BelleCON is that they must offer one 'BelleCON Special', a sale, offer, or unique product that they do not offer at any other convention.  For our attendees, this means the Dealer's Room will have deals they can't find anywhere else.  We'll be running advertisements for our dealers in the form of a printed circular distributed at the convention, listing every booth's BelleCON Special.  In addition, we'll be running a slideshow featuring every booth's advertisements in Main Events, during the seating and unloading of every event.

Read our Vendor's Packet carefully to find out what information we need in your application, and make sure your BelleCON Special meets our requirements.  In order to provide the best products and the least overlap, we'll be selecting dealers by hand instead of on a 'first come, first serve' basis.  If you want to make sure you edge out other dealers who might be offering the same content, then make sure your BelleCON Special puts you at the front of the pack!

Our newest guest, Steve Bennett, is generously providing BelleCON with an EXCLUSIVE art print for our first year!  This print will be limited to a run of 111 numbered copies.  How can you get your hands on one of the exclusive copies?

1-10 will be given to our Founders (there are just five Founder's Passes left at the time of this writing), and 11-110 will be given to the VIP Pass holders.  Print #111 will go into the BelleCON vault for safekeeping, and who knows, it may appear some day as a very special prize!

Don't hesitate to reserve your piece of BelleCON history today.  Numbered prints will be issued in the order they're purchased, so the sooner you per-register, the lower your print number will be.  Of course, most importantly, Steve Bennett will be in attendance at BelleCON, and more than happy to autograph your print to you in person.  Keep checking back, because we're going to keep finding ways to make BelleCON 2013 even better!

As you may have noticed, the new Merchant sign-ups did not, in fact, go live tonight.  As is often the case with new technology, the system still has a few bugs that need to be worked out.  It's important to us to bring the best quality system to you that we can, and we at BelleCON 2013 will be working closely with MyConsOnline to iron out all of the bugs as soon as possible.  Vendor's booths will be available soon, so y'all come on back now, y'hear?

For her first appearance in Florida since 2008, BelleCON is proud to announce Lauren Goodnight as our first industry guest.  Always a fan-favorite, we're excited to have her involved with our convention and events, and with Lauren's boundless enthusiasm and energy you can expect to see her all over the con, MC'ing events, performing, and hostessing her own unique panels.

Lauren Goodnight is an anime voice actress for ADV Films, as well as a radio host and singer, currently based out of South Carolina. In addition to performing various roles in popular anime series, most notably as Natsue Awayuki in Pretear, the Narrator in Angelic Layer, and Sarashina in Aquarian Age: Sign for Evolution, she hosts the radio show Goodnight Sex/8bitSex on the Deviant Radio Network and the 8bitx.com Radio Network.  This is her return to the anime convention scene after a three-year leave. She has worked with Antarctic Press and Fred Perry on the animation of Gold Digger (comic), in the role of Brittany Diggers. From 2004-2006, Goodnight was a music reviewer for AnimeOnDVD.  She is an avid book collector and doll/toy restorer and customizer, and a devotee of designer fashion and Japanese culture.

Registration for BelleCON opened at midnight, exactly ten hours ago, and two of our Founder's Passes went at 12:01am and 12:03am.  I don't know about you, but I think a few people are excited for BelleCON!  We have an exciting year ahead of us, and we'd like to thank those who have supported us from the start.  Our convention's future looks brighter than ever thanks to you!

BelleCON 2013 Tickets go on sale this Sunday!

Our first pre-registration tier will open up at $35 per ticket.  This price will be valid until September 24th.  But don't go hunting for that 'Buy' button just yet... There's two more levels of tickets remaining!  BelleCON 2013 is also offering VIP and Founder passes.

The VIP ticket, at $100, will come with a BelleCON 2013 t-shirt and a unique VIP Badge.  This badge is your ticket to early-shopping privileges in the Dealer's Room, and also priority seating at many events, including all main events.  VIP tickets also act as free tickets to the Starlight Ball.  VIPs will also have access to a VIP-Only panel and autograph signing with the guests.  Only 100 VIP tickets will be sold this year.
